Status Explainer

Processing
1–2 business days for payment check, picking, and packing. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Shipped
Tracking is active after carrier pickup. Updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
In Transit
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment.
Delivered
If your package is marked delivered but you don’t see it, follow the steps in Troubleshooting.

No tracking yet?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup. Check again soon.
Tracking stalled?
Scans can occasionally skip a leg. If there’s no movement after 4 business days, contact support.
Marked delivered but not there?
Wait 24 hours for late scans, check with neighbors/household, and look around porches/side doors. Still missing? Contact support with your order number.
Wrong address submitted?
If within 12 hours and the order hasn’t entered processing, contact support to update. Otherwise, we can reship (fee) or refund minus shipping/handling after return-to-sender.
When will my order ship? 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Delivery time: 7–12 business days after shipment.
