How long does shipping take?
Processing is 1–2 business days; U.S. delivery is typically 7–12 business days after shipment. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Within 12 hours of order confirmation if your order hasn’t entered processing. After that, standard return steps apply.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos; after verification we’ll replace or refund and cover shipping.
